Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm

This fabric, named Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, is a technical fabric composed entirely of polyester. With a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, this fabric offers waterproof characteristics and water resistance thanks to its water-repellent finish. Its texture is thin and smooth to the touch, making it ideal for fashion applications, such as jackets for both men and women, as well as for making shower curtains and sports raincoats for adults and children.

The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its standard complexity and its artistic, modern, decorative, colorful, and marine styles. Natural elements such as water, coral, maritime motifs, starfish, and seashells are part of its visual palette. The main colors of the design are light pink with 61.36% predominance, followed by daisy pink with 13.79% and daisy pink again with 10.21%. In terms of combination, this design can be paired with solid colors such as white, navy blue, and gray, to highlight and balance the print.

It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the print is on the front of the fabric, with no presence on the reverse side.

Regarding general characteristics, this fabric has a waterproof finish and a fine, smooth texture to the touch. It is important to consider that its polyester composition gives it water resistance and repellency, thus protecting against moisture and inclement weather.

Regarding applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, this fabric is suitable for making winter garments due to its ability to repel water and its light weight. Furthermore, its water resistance makes it ideal for use in home-related spaces, such as the bathroom, and for aquatic activities such as sports and swimming.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach this fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It cannot be dry cleaned or tumble dried. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature to avoid damage to the print and fabric.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This implies that the design is printed through a ink transfer process using heat and pressure, which allows the pigments to adhere durably to the fabric. Digital textile printing ensures high image quality and faithful reproduction of the printed design.
