The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is a soft, stretchy fabric with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. With a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and other uses.
The printed design of this fabric features a combination of abstract and artistic elements, with a visual complexity reminiscent of watercolor paintings. With shapes evoking the moon and clouds, the design conveys a sense of calm and serenity.
The main colors of the design are Night Black, Deep Blue, and Sky Blue. These colors complement each other but can also be combined with other solid tones to create interesting contrasts. For example, white or gray details could be added to highlight the designs color palette.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only. This means the design is only on one side of the fabric, not both.
In terms of general characteristics, the Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is elastic to the touch and soft against the skin. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection of factor 50+. These features make it ideal for sportswear and swimwear, as it provides comfort and protection.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied. In addition to being suitable for sportswear and swimwear, it is also used in making lingerie, tops, and knitwear. Its elasticity and soft texture make it a versatile option for different types of garments.
Regarding care, it is important to note that this fabric cannot be bleached, and its maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. It can also be dry-cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature. It is not suitable for tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This printing technique ensures a vibrant and long-lasting color reproduction, as the pigments are transferred directly to the fabric at a molecular level. This ensures high quality in the printed design and great resistance to wear and washing.
