Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a type of tweed made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features attributes such as pictorial arts, standard complexity, artistic style, colorfulness, decorativeness, and floral elements. Floral elements, leaves, and multi-colors stand out in its design.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to mention that the printing is done only on one side of the fabric, without printing the back.
In terms of general characteristics, the tweed fabric has a rigid texture and a firm feel. The printed design features artistic and decorative elements, with vibrant and striking colors such as Night Blue (65.92%), Gold Yellow (9.49%), and Cadillac Pink (9.15%). These main colors combine harmoniously, allowing it to adapt to different creative projects.
The applications and uses of this fabric are wide. It can be used to make fashion garments for both women and men, such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, and shorts. It is also suitable for creating accessories such as bow ties and caps. In the home, it can be used to make cushions in different rooms such as the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. In addition, its printed design allows its use in outdoor decoration projects.
Regarding the necessary care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, excluding the use of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at low temperature and tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used is sublimation. This technique is based on the transfer of ink through a heat and pressure process, which allows the colors to adhere durably to the fabric.
