Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal is a Lycra-type fabric composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. With a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for various applications such as lingerie, sportswear like bikinis and swimsuits, tights and leggings, and can also be used in general fashion. This fabric is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified and is considered sustainable as it is recycled.
The printed design of this fabric features pictorial attributes, with standard complexity and an artistic and modern style. The colorful illustrations and colors give it a tropical and botanical touch, with plants and leaves as main elements. The design is printed on only one side of the fabric using sublimation technique and the main colors are multicolored.
This fabric has general characteristics such as an elastic texture and chlorine resistance. In addition, it has a very high UV protection finish (UPF 50+), which makes it ideal for swimwear and sportswear.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, lingerie, swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, and sportswear such as leotards and tights or leggings stand out. It can also be used in general fashion, thanks to its modern and colorful design.
Regarding care, this fabric does not allow bleaching and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It cannot be dry cleaned or tumble dried, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature.
Regarding printing technology, this fabric is manufactured using the sublimation technique. This means that the design is printed on the fabric by transferring ink through heat, guaranteeing high quality and durability in the print.
