Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo is an elastic fabric composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by being abstract, modern, and artistic, with lines and circles shapes. The main colors of the design are Night Black, Cotton White, and Sky Blue. This design can combine very well with other plain colors such as light pink, mint green, or soft yellow.

The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only; it is not printed on both sides.

Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has an elastic and soft texture to the touch, in addition to being chlorine resistant and having very high UV protection 50+. The printed design stands out for its standard complexity and its artistic and drawn style.

Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is suitable for sportswear for women, men, and children. It is also used in lingerie such as bodysuits and bras/bralettes, as well as in knitwear and tops. Other uses include the manufacture of scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits. Its season is timeless, which means it can be used at any time of the year.

Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, ironed at a cool temperature, and should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing technique allows for vibrant and durable colors on the fabric.
