The fabric we will describe below is the "Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm". This fabric is a technical textile composed entirely of polyester, with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. It is a fabric with a waterproof finish and has a very thin and smooth texture to the touch.
The printed design applied to this fabric has attributes that reflect its standard complexity, as well as its artistic, botanical, colorful, bright, and illustrative style. Floral elements, both pictorial and artistic, as well as plant leaves, can be appreciated. The main colors of this design are Basketball Orange with 51.17% presence, Algae Green with 19.42%, and Dollar Bill Green with 19.04%.
This design can combine very well with plain colors such as white, black, navy blue, intense red, gray, or bright yellow, among others. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, meaning the design is only present on one side of the fabric.
Regarding general characteristics, this fabric is waterproof thanks to its water-repellent finish, making it ideal for fashion garments such as jackets, raincoats, as well as for shower curtains in home textiles. Its thin and smooth texture makes it comfortable to the touch and gives it an elegant appearance.
Regarding the attributes of the fabric, as mentioned above, applications and uses in fashion for both men and women in jackets and coats, as well as in sports for raincoats, can be highlighted. It can also be used in the bathroom, specifically for shower curtains. In addition, this fabric is ideal for the winter season due to its ability to repel water.
Care instructions for this fabric include not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry cleaning it, ironing it at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying it.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, specifically for polyester. This technique allows the design to adhere to the fabric in a durable and high-quality manner, offering a vibrant and wear-resistant print. This printing technology guarantees a high-definition result and intense colors in the design.
