The fabric, called Jersey Knit with Cotton Feel - Athens, has a composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. With a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric stands out for its softness and elasticity. Its printed design features standard complexity and is characterized by its artistic and botanical style, with vibrant and intense colors that highlight floral nature and leaves. The main colors of the design are Basket Ball Orange (51.17%), Algae Green (19.42%), and Dollar Bill Green (19.04%). This fabric is printed on one side using polyester sublimation technology.
In terms of general characteristics, both the fabric and the printed design offer a soft and elastic texture that provides comfort when worn. In addition, the design stands out for its bright and illustrative style, giving a striking and artistic look to the garments made.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, several can be highlighted. In fashion, it is ideal for making lingerie, pajamas, tops, jerseys, dresses, and cardigans for both men and women. It can also be used in the production of childrens knitwear. Furthermore, in the home textile sector, this fabric is ideal for making blankets for both the living room and the bedroom, as well as napkins for the dining room. In accessories, it can be used for manufacturing socks, scarves, and neckerchiefs.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It is advised to iron it at a cool temperature and avoid using a dryer.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This technique allows designs to be transferred with high resolution and vibrant colors through heat and pressure. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side only, which offers the possibility of combining it with solid colors that complement the printed design and create balanced and harmonious garments.
