The Recycled Lycra fabric is a 190 gr/m2 fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. Its name refers to its sustainable origin, as it is made from recycled material. It has a width of 150 cm, and certain care instructions are recommended to keep it in optimal condition.
The printed design of this fabric presents a variety of attributes that make it unique. It is ARTES type, with pictorial elements that give it an artistic and sophisticated touch. In addition, it is characterized by its standard complexity and its botanical and colorful style. Stylized and pictorial floral flowers are protagonists in this print, along with large flowers and roses. Leaf elements are also included, and it stands out for its vibrant and multicolored colors.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to mention that the design will not be visible on the back of the fabric, as it is only printed on one side.
Regarding general characteristics, the Recycled Lycra fabric stands out for its soft touch and elasticity, which makes it very comfortable to wear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish, which makes it ideal for use in swimwear. It also offers very high UV protection (UPF 50+), making it a safe option for outdoor use.
The application of this fabric is wide and versatile. It can be used to make scrunchies and hair ties, as well as swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits. In addition, its use is not limited to the season, as it is a timeless fabric. It has GRS certification and is sustainable thanks to its manufacture with recycled materials.
As for care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, without using bleach or dry cleaning. It can be ironed at a cold temperature, and tumble drying is not recommended.
This fabric is manufactured using polyester sublimation printing technology. This means that the design is printed directly onto the fabric, which guarantees high quality and durability in the print.
