The fabric we present is the Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric made of 100% POLYESTER with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a water-repellent finish that makes it waterproof, in addition to being antibacterial. Its texture is rough to the touch, which adds an attractive aspect to the design.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by being pictorial, complex, and with artistic and botanical elements. It is inspired by Van Goghs styles, with floral and nature motifs, especially sunflowers and plants with leaves. The main colors are dark forest green (42.49%), hazelnut brown (19.35%), and mud brown (13.89%).
This design can be harmoniously combined with other plain colors such as mustard yellow, burnt orange, or cream white, which would highlight the colors of the print and add contrast.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both.
Regarding the general characteristics of this fabric, the water-repellent finish makes it water-resistant, ideal for applications in fashion, accessories, and outdoor decoration such as sun loungers and cushions. In addition, its antibacterial property gives it added value in products such as wallets and toiletry bags, where hygiene is important.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC. It is also compatible with dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature and the dryer should not be used.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, specifically for polyester fabrics. This technique consists of transferring inks through heat, which guarantees a durable and high-quality print.
