The Recycled Lycra Fabric is a type of lycra fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is soft to the touch and elastic, providing great comfort when worn. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
The printed design of this fabric features main colors such as Cotton White, Butterfly Blue, and Cowboy Blue. These colors combine harmoniously to create an attractive and eye-catching design. Furthermore, this design can be easily combined with other plain colors, such as black, grey, or pink, to create different color combinations.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only present on one side of the fabric and not on both sides.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable to wear. In addition, its chlorine-resistant finish ensures that the fabric maintains its appearance and quality even after being exposed to chlorine in swimming pools. On the other hand, the very high UV protection provides excellent protection against the suns rays.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, such as hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits, this type of fabric can also be used in sportswear or fashion items, such as tops, leggings, or bathing dresses. Its versatility and comfort make it ideal for any physical activity or for special occasions.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It should not be dry cleaned, and ironing should be done at a low temperature. In addition, it is not recommended to use a tumble dryer for this fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure. This process ensures a durable and high-quality print that does not fade or lose color over time. It is important to note that this technology only allows printing on polyester fabrics.
