The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for decorative and upholstery uses, as well as for making fashion garments such as pants, jackets, and overshirts. Its care requires no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, no dry cleaning, and avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. Additionally, it can be ironed at a cool temperature but should not be tumble dried.
The printed design of this fabric features various attributes and main colors. In terms of attributes, Christmas, artistic, colorful, and decorative styles stand out, as well as star and circle shapes. Nature is also referenced, with elements related to the sky and snow. The main colors of the design are refractory brick red, dark mint green, and SeaGreen. These colors can be combined with other solid tones that complement the chromatic palette, such as white, gray, and gold.
It is important to note that the printed design is only printed on one side of the fabric using digital textile printing. This means that the back of the fabric has no printed design.
Regarding the general characteristics, both of the fabric and the design, it is highlighted that the Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin has a soft touch texture and offers a bright visual appearance thanks to the printing technology used. The printed design stands out for its artistic and colorful style, with star and circle shapes that evoke nature, specifically the sky and snow.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used for both decoration projects, such as upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making fashion garments such as pants, jackets, blazers, and bags. It is also suitable for manufacturing accessories such as backpacks and for creating textile elements for the home, such as cushions, baskets, and decorations for the bedroom, living room, and kitchen.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It should not be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at a cool temperature. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid using a dryer to keep the fabric and printed design in good condition.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is based on transferring the design using heat and pressure to ensure durable and high-quality printing. This process allows for vibrant colors and crisp details in the printed design, thus guaranteeing an exceptional final result.
