The base fabric is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. With a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric has a rough, elastic, and soft texture to the touch. Its printed design combines various styles such as Christmas, artistic, cartoon, colorful, decorative, drawn, and illustration. The shapes present in the design are stars, circles, and dots, while nature is represented by the sky and snow. The main colors of the design are refractory brick red (78.8%), dark mint green (10.18%), and SeaGreen green (6.48%).
This fabric is printed with the single-sided stamped design using digital textile printing. It is important to mention that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both.
The Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon is a versatile fabric that can be used in various applications. In the fashion field, it is suitable for making pants, skirts, jeans, shorts/bermudas, and dresses for both women and men. It can also be used in creating accessories. Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Furthermore, it allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. For ironing, cold temperature should be used, and it is not advisable to tumble dry the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester. This technique allows colors and design to adhere durably to the fabric, ensuring high quality and definition in the print.
