Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a type of tweed fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It has a stiff texture and a pleasant feel. The printed design presented on this fabric is pictorial, Christmas, artistic, colorful, decorative, drawn, and illustrative in style. It is composed of hat and snowflake shapes. The main colors of the design are deep sea green, grapefruit red, and soft ivory white. This color combination can be complemented with other solid colors such as black, gold, or silver.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is printed only on one side of the fabric, not on both.
Regarding the general characteristics of both the fabric and the printed design, it can be highlighted that the Tweed - Chanel fabric is resistant and durable, making it ideal for use in fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, or Bermuda shorts. It can also be used in the making of accessories such as bow ties or caps, as well as in the creation of cushions for the living room, bedroom, or kitchen, and even in outdoor decoration.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of permanently transferring the designs ink to the polyester fiber using heat and pressure. This ensures high print quality and durability of the stamped design.
