The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is an elastic fabric with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. With a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for sportswear, lingerie, fashion, and swimwear. Its texture is soft and elastic, making it very comfortable to wear.
The printed design on this fabric is very versatile and dynamic. With a combination of main colors that includes deep sea green, light orange, and dark mint, the design conveys a fresh and vibrant feeling. The colors are distributed in circular and dotted shapes, creating a colorful and decorative look. The design also falls within the Christmas, abstract, modern art, and artistic styles, giving it a unique and creative touch.
This design can be easily combined with solid colors such as white, black, navy blue, or gray, which will highlight the main colors of the print. It would be perfect for creating eye-catching and original garments, such as tops, bikinis, swimsuits, or knitwear.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by digital textile printing, which means that the opposite side of the fabric does not have the same print.
Regarding general characteristics, both the fabric and the printed design are of high quality. The fabric is chlorine resistant and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it suitable for outdoor sports activities or swimwear.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, its sports uses for men, women, and children can be highlighted, as well as lingerie such as bras or bodysuits. It is also suitable for knitwear, tops, bikinis, and swimsuits. In addition, it can be used to make scrunchies, very popular fashion accessories.
Regarding the care that should be taken, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This means that the design is printed directly onto the fabric using a dye transfer process, which ensures high print quality and long-lasting colors.
