The Retro Velvet Fabric - Paris features an abstract printed design with brushstrokes and smudges, in a pictorial and modern style. The main colors are cotton white, sky blue, and plum purple. Additionally, it could be combined with solid colors such as black, grey, or gold. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The general characteristics of the fabric include its softness, sheen, and elasticity, making it perfect for fashion and decoration projects. Regarding applications and uses, its versatility stands out for lingerie, sportswear, home decor, and accessories. It is also ideal for upholstering furniture and making garments such as blazers, skirts, and jackets.
As for care, it is important not to bleach the fabric, wash by hand, and avoid ironing. It can be dry-cleaned except with trichloroethylene and cannot be tumble dried to maintain its quality and durability.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester fabrics through a process that converts solid ink into gas, penetrating the fabric fibers to obtain a durable and high-quality print.
