The Retro Velvet Fabric - Paris is a velvet fabric with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, which gives it a soft touch, brilliant visual, and elasticity. The printed design features black and white clouds, creating a multicolor style of standard complexity. This design symbolizes the nature of the sky and clouds, bringing a touch of freshness and lightness to any garment or decoration. It combines perfectly with solid colors such as sky blue, white, black, and gray.
This fabric is printed with the design on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it high image quality and durability. The general characteristics of the fabric include a weight of 245 gr/m2, a width of 150 cm, and the possibility of varied applications such as lingerie, dresses, blazers, upholstery, and sportswear, among others. Its care requires hand washing, dry cleaning, and avoiding ironing and tumble drying.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility makes it ideal for making clothing items such as dresses, blazers, skirts, pants, and tops. It is also suitable for creating accessories such as cushions, kimonos, bikinis, and scrunchies, as well as for interior decoration such as curtains, table runners, and upholstery for sofas and chairs.
The care instructions for this fabric include not bleaching, hand washing, dry cleaning (except with trichloroethylene), avoiding ironing, and tumble drying.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring inks through heat to obtain a high-definition and resistant image on polyester textiles. This method allows for the faithful reproduction of complex and detailed designs in a wide range of colors.
