The Raso - Amsterdam fabric is an exquisite polyester satin option, characterized by its soft texture and elegant visual shine. Its design, which combines abstract watercolors with natural elements, evokes a flower garden in shades of daisy pink, mint green, and deep sea green, creating a refreshing and harmonious atmosphere. To complement it, solid colors like white, cream, and soft gray could balance the vibrancy of all these lively colors. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the design stamped on one side using digital textile printing, thus ensuring that the colors are vibrant and well-defined on the surface of the satin.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric and the design, the Raso - Amsterdam has a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, which provides a subtle drape in the garments made. The softness of the fabric is perceived both through its smooth texture to the touch and visually, thanks to its glossy finish. These attributes are ideal for making clothing and other textiles, allowing the prominent design to stand out attractively. In addition, the combination of watercolor florals easily adapts to different stylistic contexts, which enhances its use in a wider range of applications.
As for the uses and applications of the fabric, its versatility is remarkable. This type of satin lends itself to the creation of shirts, blouses, skirts, and dresses, for both womens and mens fashion. It is also suitable for making elegant pajamas and lingerie, in addition to being popular in the creation of accessories such as scarves, bows, and ties. In the home, its visual appeal makes it an excellent option for curtains, cushions, and table runners, as well as being used in lampshades. Its ability to adapt to different occasions and styles gives it significant value for designers and consumers alike.
The care required for this fabric is relatively simple; however, it is important to follow them to maintain its integrity and appearance. Bleaching should be avoided, and when washing, it is recommended not to exceed 40ºC. Although dry cleaning is allowed, trichloroethylene should be avoided. For ironing, a warm temperature should be used, and if a dryer is chosen, it is advisable to use it at a reduced temperature to prevent damage.
Finally, the printing technology used for the Raso - Amsterdam fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process allows the dyes to penetrate the fibers of the fabric, creating images that are vibrant and durable. Unlike more traditional printing methods, sublimation results in a soft finish that does not affect the texture of the fabric, ensuring that the design retains its elegance and fluidity, ideal for fashion and decoration projects.
