The Recycled Lycra fabric - Recycled, 190 gr/m2, stands out for its soft and elastic texture, enhanced by a printed design that evokes an abstract, watercolor style, with floral motifs in shades of daisy pink, mint green, and deep sea green. This design invites contemplation, merging the freshness of nature with an artistic approach that adds uniqueness to each garment. It offers versatility, combining perfectly with solid colors such as white, light gray, or sky blue, creating balanced contrasts that emphasize the beauty of the print. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures a vibrant and detailed visual expression, with no printing on the reverse side.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, which gives it remarkable elasticity and softness to the touch, allowing for exceptional comfort in use. Its chlorine-resistant finish and high UV protection (UPF 50+) make it ideal for water and sports activities, ensuring durability and safety. Due to its weight of 190 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm, it is suitable for a variety of applications, extending to areas such as swimwear (bikinis and swimsuits), as well as accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies. Its versatility also covers the making of sports tops, for both men and women and children, providing options that adapt to different styles and preferences.
Care for this fabric is essential to preserve its quality. It is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash at a maximum of 40ºC, and not to dry clean the garment. It is advisable to iron it at a cool temperature and avoid using a tumble dryer, thus ensuring the longevity of its properties and the visual maintenance of the design.
The fabric is produced using digital textile printing technology, specifically sublimation, a method that allows inks to be transferred through heat and pressure, turning them into gas so that they integrate into the polyester fibers. This process not only ensures vibrant colors and sharp details in the design but also provides good resistance to wear and fading, ensuring that the print remains impeccable over time. Sublimation is especially suitable for polyester fabrics, as it allows for a wide range of designs and perfect color integration.
