The fabric called Crepe Chine - Recycled is a light and soft fabric, featuring a printed design with a vintage 60s style, adorned with multicolored flowers that evoke freshness and nature.
Crepe Chine - Recycled is a crepe fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 82 gr/m² and a width of 150 cm. Its thin and soft texture, along with its translucent appearance, gives it a unique elegance, ideal for various applications in fashion and home textiles. The printed design, imbued with a vintage spirit and a display of multicolored colors, can be harmoniously combined with solid tones such as white, black, emerald green, or navy blue, which would add a touch of sophistication and modernity to any ensemble. It is essential to highlight that the fabric is printed on one side using a digital textile printing method, which guarantees the vibrancy of the colors and the possibility of creating intricate and personalized designs.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric stands out for its lightness and softness to the touch, making it ideal for garments that require fluid movement on the body. The translucency of the fabric, along with its grainy texture, makes it a versatile option for making summer fashion garments and decorative home items. The most common applications of this fabric include dresses and skirts for women and men, blouses, shirts, and elegant lingerie, as well as curtains and table runners that bring a touch of freshness to any space. The floral and vintage design allows for the creation of pieces that evoke the aesthetic of past eras, revitalizing them with a contemporary and attractive air.
Regarding the care of this fabric, certain recommendations must be followed to ensure its durability and appearance. It is important not to bleach the fabric and to maintain a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC. Likewise, it allows for dry cleaning, with the exception of using trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it is necessary to avoid tumble drying to preserve the quality of the fabric.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process that allows inks to be transferred through heat, fusing them with the fabric fibers. This technique not only guarantees vibrant colors and high definition in the designs but also provides exceptional resistance to wear and fading, which translates into a long lifespan for the garments and final products made with this material.
