The Bi-elastic Twill Fabric - Lisbon is a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics, featuring a design that includes animals like cats and bats, fantasy elements such as witches and ghosts, and evocative shapes like moons and spider webs, all presented in shades of Sienna Brown, Night Black, and Marmalade Purple. This captivating design can be combined with plain colors in cream, navy blue, and gray tones, which will help highlight and balance the vibrancy of its prints. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the patterned design on only one side using digital textile printing, meaning the richness of the design stands out on one side while the other remains unprinted.
Regarding the fabrics characteristics, its composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane makes it resistant and elastic, providing a soft and pleasantly textured feel. The weight of 209 gr/m2 provides adequate density, making this fabric a versatile option not only for making clothing items such as trousers, skirts, and blazers, but also for home textile applications, such as cushions and table runners, in addition to decorative uses like in paintings and embroidery hoops. The timelessness of this fabric allows its use in various seasons, maintaining a relevant and modern style.
It is crucial to consider certain care instructions to prolong the fabrics lifespan. Bleaching is not recommended, and a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC should be observed. Dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing at a cool temperature is advised. To prevent damage, the fabric should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process that allows inks to fuse with the fabric fibers, ensuring high durability of the design, excellent resistance to wear and light, as well as vibrant color clarity. This technique is ideal for complex patterns and allows the design to maintain its integrity even after multiple washes, making the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon a standout choice for those looking to combine fashion and functionality in their garments and textiles.
