The Lona Oscurante - White Out fabric is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester, with a printed design that features a rich variety of visual elements including cats, bats, witches, ghosts, moons, cauldrons, and cobwebs, all in a color palette that highlights sienna brown, midnight black, and purple jam. These images evoke an atmosphere of mystery and fantasy, ideal for interior decoration during times when the supernatural and festive take center stage, such as Halloween. To visually complement this design, the fabric can be combined with plain colors such as a soft gray, olive green, or light beige, offering an attractive contrast that enhances its character.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for detailed and vibrant reproduction of the motifs, ideal for various applications. Its weight of 218 gr/m2 and its rigid and smooth texture make this canvas a resistant and durable material, perfect for a variety of uses in the home and in the fashion sector. Its applications include decorating curtains and covers in the bedroom and living room, as well as use in making accessories such as backpacks, wallets, and aprons. In addition, it is very suitable for upholstering furniture and creating decorative elements for outdoors, such as awnings and sun loungers, allowing users to incorporate an original and playful touch into their spaces.
Regarding its care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC to preserve its quality and colors. Ironing at a cold temperature is also recommended, and the use of a dryer should be avoided, which ensures that the fabric maintains its integrity and appearance over time. These cares are essential to prolong the life of the fabric and ensure that the printed design remains vibrant and attractive.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that involves the transfer of special inks at high temperature, converting them into gas that is inserted into the polyester fibers. This technique allows for more intense and durable colors, as well as greater resistance to wear and washing. Sublimation is also responsible for the excellent quality of the printed image, making the design not only visually attractive, but also functional and practical for use in multiple applications.
