Cotton Sateen Fabric - White Satin is a soft and delicate sateen fabric that features a printed design with vintage influences, incorporating artistic illustrations and fruit motifs, such as pumpkins, along with natural elements like leaves and plants.
This design, dominated by a color palette that includes a fresh mint raw (43.79%), a sophisticated dark red (15.03%), and a nature-connecting algae green (14.65%), is ideal for giving a contemporary and cozy feel to environments and garments. This combination of vibrant colors and graphic elements can harmoniously blend with plain tones such as white, soft beige, pastel green, or terracotta, creating a balanced and attractive visual effect. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, ensuring a high-quality finish and image definition.
Regarding its general characteristics, cotton sateen stands out for its soft and thin texture, making it comfortable to the touch and easy to handle. This combination of properties makes it an excellent choice for a variety of applications. The applications included in the description cover both fashion and home textiles, meaning it can be used to make shirts, dresses, skirts, and bows in the fashion sector, as well as pillowcases, sheets, curtains, and cushions that integrate into home decor. Additionally, its use in table runners or quilts adds an elegant touch to any space, highlighting its versatility.
Fabric care is essential to maintain its appearance and prolong its useful life. Special care is recommended, as it should not be bleached and must be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene, should be ironed at a warm temperature, and can be tumble dried at a low temperature, which makes it relatively easy to care for compared to other more delicate fabrics.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital printing, specifically designed for natural fibers. This contemporary method allows designs to be transferred directly onto the fabric during production, creating vibrant and detailed images that are highly resistant to washing. This technique not only optimizes the use of colors but also minimizes environmental impact by requiring less water and chemicals compared to more traditional printing methods, making it a responsible and effective option for the development of printed fabrics.
