Lona Oscurante - White Out fabric is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 218 gr/m2. Its printed design features a colorful and attractive abstract motif that evokes the sweetness of childrens gastronomy, with elements such as cotton candy, chocolate, cupcakes, and gummy bears in a palette of multicolored pastel colors, ideal for bringing a festive and fun atmosphere to the spaces where it is used. This fabric, printed with a single-sided design using digital textile printing, offers a unique visual presence in decoration and fashion.
Among the characteristics of this fabric is its smooth and rigid texture, with an opaque finish that blocks light, making it an excellent option for bedroom or living room curtains. These qualities make the Lona Oscurante versatile and adaptable to various applications; it can be used in interior and exterior decoration, including upholstery for chairs or in the creation of fashion accessories such as backpacks and handbags. Its resistance and durability also make it suitable for use in kitchen items, such as aprons, tablecloths, and cushions, where a fabric that withstands daily use is required.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is essential to follow the washing instructions to maintain its appearance and functionality. It is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. When ironing, it is advisable to use cool temperatures to avoid damaging the surface. Furthermore, it is important to note that it cannot be tumble dried, which will require air drying to preserve its integrity.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process in which inks turn into vapor and merge with the polyester fibers, thus ensuring that the colors are bright and durable. This method not only allows for the creation of complex and detailed images but also ensures that the print is resistant to fading and washing, maintaining the vibrant design over time. Sublimation is especially suitable for polyester fabrics, as in the case of Lona Oscurante - White Out, making it an ideal choice for those seeking quality and style in their decoration and tailoring projects.
