The fabric, Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, is a versatile and sustainable option that stands out for its attractive printed design, featuring abstract, animal, and geometric motifs in a vibrant multi-color set. This mix of styles and textures is characterized by splotches and an impressive deer animal print, evoking a contemporary and diversified charm. The informal and cheerful design, ideal for childrens and sports apparel, can be perfectly combined with solid colors such as black, white, light blue, or pastel shades, which enhance and balance the vibrancy of the print. It is worth noting that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, ensuring that the reverse of the fabric remains smooth and in a uniform tone.
In terms of general characteristics, Recycled Lycra offers an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish, making it an ideal choice for water and sports activities. Its very high UV protection (50+) is an added value that allows enjoyment of the sun without compromising skin health. Furthermore, the 230 gr/m2 grammage ensures adequate opacity and support without sacrificing lightness, providing comfort in use. From lingerie to sports attire, the fabric adapts to various applications, allowing for the creation of bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, and leggings, suitable for women, men, and children alike. Its elastic capacity promotes a snug and comfortable fit, making this fabric ideal for manufacturing garments that demand movement and flexibility.
It is essential to follow certain care instructions to preserve the quality of the Recycled Lycra. Care includes avoiding bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not tumble drying, and ironing at a cool temperature. The garment also does not allow dry cleaning, which highlights the need for special attention to prolong its lifespan. These indications are crucial for maintaining not only the aesthetic of the color and print but also the integrity of the fiber.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This method allows the ink to penetrate the fabric fibers, resulting in vibrant and durable colors, as well as superior resistance to wear and fading. Sublimation is especially effective on polyester fabrics, as it allows for sharp images and smooth color transitions while maintaining the elasticity and softness of the material. This process ensures that prints maintain their quality even after multiple washes, which represents a significant advantage in creating garments that must withstand daily or intensive use.
