The Lightweight Voile fabric - Kyoto is a soft and thin fabric characterized by its multicolor print, where abstract shapes and childrens motifs coexist with a delicate deer design. This print includes spots and circles that add dynamism and originality to the piece, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications. It can be harmoniously combined with solid colors such as white, beige, or pastel shades like soft pink, light blue, or mint green, to achieve a balanced and cheerful effect.
This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which allows the visible side to display the richness and vibrant detail of the print. It is not a double-sided printed fabric, which enhances the exclusivity of the design on the exposed surface. The general characteristics of the fabric include its lightweight grammage of 79 gr/m2 and its 100% polyester composition, which contribute to its softness and smooth feel, as well as its translucent nature, providing an attractive visual effect. This lightness allows the fabric to have fluid movement, perfectly complementing its applications in fashion and home textiles.
Among the recommended uses for Lightweight Voile - Kyoto are its application in clothing such as shirts, blouses, and dresses, for both adults and children. It is also ideal for lingerie and swimwear such as sarongs, as well as for creating curtains, tablecloths, and table runners for the home, adding a touch of freshness and elegance to spaces. Furthermore, its versatility makes it an excellent option for wall decoration and accessories like scarves.
Caring for this fabric is essential to maintain its appearance and longevity. It is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC to avoid damaging the fibers. Ironing should be done at a low temperature, preferably inside out, and it should not be tumble dried, as this could deform the fabric.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a process that transfers ink to polyester fabric through heat. During this process, ink particles turn into gas and fix onto the fabric fibers, resulting in vibrant and long-lasting colors. This printing method is especially suitable for polyester fabrics, as it provides a high-definition and wear-resistant finish, ensuring that the design maintains its integrity and beauty over time.
