The fabric is called Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, a 195 gr/m2 twill weave, composed of 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. Its single-sided digital print design features shapes of circles, specks, dots, and polka dots in different sizes, in shades of midnight black as the main color, accompanied by pink tones like piggy pink and plum. This design is elegant and sophisticated, yet fun and youthful. Additionally, it could be combined with plain fabrics in light pink, light grey, and white tones.
Its general characteristics include a soft yet rigid feel, making it ideal for garments that require some structure, such as trousers, shorts, Bermuda shorts, or overshirts. It is also perfect for accessories like toiletry bags and coin purses, and for home furnishings like cushions and tablecloths. Apart from its sustainability, what makes it special is its GOTS certification. The care instructions for this type of fabric are to machine wash with cold water, do not bleach or tumble dry, and iron at a low temperature.
Currently, it is manufactured with reactive direct digital printing technology, which means special inks are used that permanently adhere to the fabric fibers, ensuring strong resistance to sunlight and repeated washing. This process also allows for excellent definition of the details of the printed design.
