The fabric in question is the Punto Roma Elastic Knit Fabric - Lyon, which features a printed design with circles and polka dots in shades of cotton white, plum pink, and pearl pink. This single-sided design, printed using digital textile printing, is ideal for fashion garments such as tops, t-shirts, trousers, dresses, and sweaters, as well as for dinner napkins. Additionally, its composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane gives it a soft touch and a weight of 282 gr/m2, making it particularly suitable for the winter season.
Regarding color combinations, the printed circle and polka dot design fabric can be perfectly combined with solid colors such as black, grey, pink, and navy blue, allowing for a wide variety of options when creating clothing or home decor.
In terms of general characteristics, the Punto Roma Elastic Knit Fabric - Lyon stands out for being soft to the touch and high quality, while the printed design is striking and modern. Both attributes combine to create a fabric with a unique aesthetic appearance.
Regarding applications and uses, the fabric is perfect for knitwear and fashion for both men and women, as well as for dinner napkins. As for care, it is suggested not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning can be performed with the exception of trichloroethylene, and iron at a cool temperature, avoiding tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique involves applying a design through a process of heat and pressure, which causes the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, thus obtaining a resistant, vivid, and durable print.
