The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is an elastic fabric with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The printed design is characterized by the presence of circle shapes, specks, dots, and polka dots in white, light aqua blue, and dark aqua blue tones. This design ideally combines with plain colors in blue and white tones, which will allow for the creation of harmonious and stylish outfits. The fabric is digitally printed with the patterned design on one side.
The outstanding characteristics of this fabric are its soft, elastic, and chlorine-resistant texture, accompanied by a UPF finish, which provides very high UV protection 50+. Furthermore, its application extends to various uses, such as the manufacture of lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, leotards, tights, or leggings. This versatility and adaptability make it an ideal fabric to meet the demands of a varied and demanding clientele.
Regarding the care instructions, it is important to avoid bleaching, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. This fabric allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which involves the transfer of ink from paper to textile using heat and pressure, allowing for unprecedented color quality and rapid production in large quantities.
