The base fabric, Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, is a sweatshirt knit with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 220 gr/m2. The fabric has a width of 160 cm and requires specific care, such as no bleaching, a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. Additionally, this fabric is GRS certified and sustainable as it is made from recycled materials.
The printed design of the fabric features geometric shapes such as circles, specks, dots, and polka dots in predominantly butterfly blue, night black, and hosta blue tones. This design is perfect for winter and autumn/winter 2021 garments, and can be combined with solid colors in shades of blue, black, and white. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures very high quality and definition of the design.
The fabric also has a brushed finish, making it soft and pleasant to the touch. It is perfect for making garments such as sweatshirts, tracksuits, toiletry bags, backpacks, among others. This fabric is also suitable for making sportswear for men, women, and children.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum of 40ºC, and do not iron. This fabric can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), in which the design is first printed on a sheet of sublimation paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique guarantees a precise and high-quality result.
