Transparent Gauze - Salamanca

The Transparent Gauze fabric - Salamanca features a delicate and transparent texture that, along with its 100% POLYESTER composition, makes it light and soft to the touch. Its printed design is composed of circles, specks, dots, and polka dots in predominantly blue tones, highlighting Butterfly Blue. This design could be combined with solid colors such as white, pastel pink, or even with yellow tones for a bolder look. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing.

Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its transparency and delicacy stand out, making it ideal for lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, and skirts. Furthermore, its weight of 28 gr/m2 and its width of 150 cm make it ideal for making scarves and childrens accessories. On the other hand, the attributes of the printed design give the fabric a youthful and modern touch, perfect for summer fashion creations.

As for applications or uses of the fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, its usefulness in making beach sarongs is noteworthy, given its transparency and ease of drying after use at the beach or pool. It is also a suitable fabric for making decorative pieces for events, where a soft and delicate aesthetic is sought.

Regarding fabric care, bleaching should be avoided, and maximum washing temperatures of 30ºC should be used. In addition, tumble drying should be avoided, and ironing should always be done at a cool temperature. It is important to emphasize that this fabric can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene.

Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows the colors to be permanently fixed on the fabric. This is achieved by transferring the color from the printed paper to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. Thanks to this technique, high quality and sharpness are obtained in the shapes and colors of the printed design.
