The base fabric is a thin, water-repellent fabric called Storm, with a weight of 70 gr/m2, composed of 100% polyester and with a width of 145 cm. Its printed design features circular shapes such as circles, specks, and dots in the main colors night black, sun yellow, and grapefruit red. It could be perfectly combined with solid colors such as white, gray, and even dark purple to give it a more vibrant touch. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
As for the general characteristics, the fabric has a waterproof finish and is water-repellent, which makes it a good option for garments such as jackets and raincoats as it provides good protection against rain. Its texture is thin and smooth to the touch. The printed design has circular shapes and is characterized by its originality thanks to the various sizes of the specks, dots, and circles. This gives it a modern and striking touch.
In terms of applications and uses, the fabric is versatile and can be used in both womens and mens fashion, as well as in home textiles for shower curtains. It is also a good option for sports garments such as jackets and blousons for women, men, and children due to its water-repellent finish and thinness, which make it light and easy to wear.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC without bleaching and iron at a cool temperature. Dry cleaning and tumble drying are not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the printed design through heat and pressure to a polyester layer in a gaseous state, resulting in a clear and bright print with vibrant and long-lasting colors.
