The base fabric is the Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a water-repellent finish that makes it an excellent option for use in both fashion and decoration, being ideal for outdoor use such as sun loungers and cushions thanks to its high degree of impermeability. The antibacterial finish gives it high resistance to the appearance of bacteria and fungi.
The printed design on the fabric features geometric shapes of circles and polka dots in two main shades, Angel Blue and Dragon Purple. The texture of the fabric is rough to the touch, which adds to the presence of polka dots and circles to create an interesting and attractive visual sensation. This design would combine perfectly with other plain tones in blue and purple, especially with pastel tones.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed only on one side by digital textile printing. In addition, its general characteristics make it a good option for applications in fashion, decoration and home, such as pants, purses, cushions, tablecloths and even backpacks.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, it admits dry cleaning except trichloroethylene and ironing at a warm temperature. It should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the colors and details of the design to be more precise and defined than in other forms of printing. This is because the ink turns into gas and penetrates the polyester fiber, creating a durable and wash-resistant design.
