Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The Atenas Cotton-Touch Jersey Knit is a knit fabric composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, giving it a soft and elastic texture. This fabric is printed with a single-sided patterned design using sublimation technology (polyester). The design features circles and polka dots in predominant shades of night black (77.33%), mustard yellow (14.98%), and light orange (3.34%). In addition to these shades, the fabric could be combined with solid colors such as white, gray, or dark blue.

Among the general characteristics of the fabric, its weight of 239 gr/m2 and its width of 150 cm stand out. Due to its softness and comfort, this fabric is ideal for making womens and mens fashion garments such as jumpers, tops, dresses, cardigans, and socks. It is also suitable for creating childrens knitwear, blankets, and accessories such as scarves and shawls.

Regarding the care of this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except for trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.

Finally, it is important to highlight the printing technology used for the creation of this fabric. Sublimation is a technique that involves printing on special transfer paper with sublimation inks, and then transferring the design to the fabric through a heat and pressure process, thus creating a high-quality and durable print.
