The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin features a houndstooth-like printed design, with main colors of cotton white, pepper red, and a soft touch of worm pink. It can be combined with solid colors such as pearl gray, chocolate brown, and black. It is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It has a soft texture and a visual sheen that make it ideal for fashion and interior decoration applications. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
Regarding its characteristics, its softness and visual sheen stand out respectively. The fabric is resistant and elastic, making it ideal for upholstery and fashion projects. It is a versatile fabric, easy to work with and offers the possibility of applying different sewing techniques.
The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin can be used in multiple fashion projects such as overshirts, jackets, blazers, pants, bomber jackets, vests, bags, backpacks, and various accessories. In terms of decoration applications, chairs, sofas, armchairs can be upholstered, and cushions can be made, both for outdoor use and for bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and baskets.
It is important to note that, for its care, it is recommended not to bleach it and not to dry clean it, but dry cleaning with trichloroethylene and ironing at a cool temperature are allowed. It should also not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a technique that allows the design to be permanently fixed on the fabric without affecting its physical properties and without leaving residues on the surface, thus achieving a high-quality and durable print.
