The transparent Salamanca chiffon fabric features a houndstooth print design in dark purple, cotton white, and jasmine purple hues. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side. Technically, the fabric has a transparent visual texture and a thin feel.
Due to its design, this fabric pairs perfectly with solid colors such as black, white, and gray, and could also be combined with pastel colors like dusty pink or baby blue.
It is a suitable fabric for applications in lingerie, wedding dresses, womens and mens fashion (such as skirts), beach sarongs, scarves, or childrens dresses. Additionally, due to its transparency, it is also suitable for decoration and upholstery applications.
The fabric does not tolerate bleach and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry-cleaned, provided that trichloroethylene is not used. Ironing should be done at a low temperature, and tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves printing ink directly onto the fabric using heat and pressure, allowing the pigments to adhere permanently to the polyester. Furthermore, this technology enables the production of complex designs with great precision and detail.
