The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin has a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features animals (birds-quail), round shapes, and quail eggs, in a multicolor range. This design provides a brilliant visual result that, in combination with the soft texture of the fabric, gives the textile great elegance. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we highlight its softness to the touch and its visual brilliance. The design attributes, on the other hand, stand out for the presence of organic motifs that bring a natural and casual touch to the fabric. The combination of the main colors in the design makes this fabric very versatile and easily combinable with solid colors such as green, burgundy, and chocolate brown.
In terms of applications and uses of the fabric, these include its use in decoration (upholstering chairs, armchairs, sofas, cushions, baskets), in fashion (trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, vests, handbags, and backpacks), and in home textiles (cushions). Additionally, this fabric is ideal for the winter season due to its composition and texture.
It is important to properly care for the Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin. It should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. Dry cleaning is not recommended, and if dry cleaning is necessary, trichloroethylene can be used. To iron this fabric, it is recommended to do so at a cool temperature, and it is not suitable for tumble drying.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of the fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of printing the design onto transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure, which allows for a high-quality and durable finish.
