Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design features an abstract, watercolor, and artistic style, in multicolored tones. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric has a rough and rigid feel, being visually opaque. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable thanks to the recycled material. The printed design stands out for its artistic and watercolor style, with a combination of multicolored tones that make it perfectly combinable with other plain colors such as white, black, yellow, and orange.
Applications and uses for this fabric include decorating frames and pictures, making fashion accessories and toiletry bags, creating home textiles such as baskets, cushions, table runners, placemats, aprons, and upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, not to exceed 30ºC when washing, dry cleaning with solvents is permitted, iron at a cool temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas uses sublimation printing technology, which involves applying heat and pressure to a paper print to transfer the ink to the fabric. This process ensures that the print is fixed to the fabric and does not fade over time.
