This Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, features a main printed design characterized by its smooth texture and a multi-colored combination. In addition to these colors, it can be combined with solid tones such as white, black, or navy blue to achieve a balanced effect. It is important to note that this fabric is single-sided printed using the digital textile printing technique.
Regarding its general characteristics, this fabric is elastic, soft to the touch, and has a chlorine-resistant finish, making it ideal for use in water sports or for making swimwear and lingerie. It also boasts a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it a safe option for outdoor use. Furthermore, thanks to its composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric, making it recommendable for conscious fashion projects.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we can mention the making of lingerie, bodysuits, bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, and sports leggings or tights, for women, men, and children alike. Thanks to its adequate flexibility and chlorine resistance, it is perfect for water sports activities such as swimming or surfing.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoid dry cleaning, and iron it at a low temperature. Additionally, it should not be tumble-dried.
Regarding the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric, it is sublimation (polyester), a digital process that allows direct printing on the fabric to achieve high-quality results with great precision in details. This way, a sophisticated and durable design is obtained, ideal for making high-quality garments with exceptional visual appeal.
