The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design is plain with a soft texture and a visual sheen, with the main colors being multicolor. In addition to these colors, it could be combined with solid colors such as gray, blue, and brown. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a soft texture and a velvety appearance, making it an ideal choice for interior decoration and furniture upholstery, as well as for making garments such as trousers, jackets, and overshirts. Furthermore, the plain and multicolor design gives it an elegant and modern touch.
Highlighting among the attributes of the fabric, its applications and uses extend to interior decoration, such as upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as cushions for the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. It is also suitable for making garments, such as overshirts, jackets, and trousers, as well as accessories like bags and backpacks.
Regarding fabric care, bleach and dry cleaning are to be avoided, while it is safe for dry cleaning with any compound that does not include trichloroethylene. It is recommended to iron at low temperature and not to tumble dry.
Finally, the fabric is printed using polyester sublimation technology, which allows for high-quality printing of full images and designs on one side of the fabric. This technology uses heat and pressure to transfer the design from a paper print to the fabric, creating a permanent and fade-resistant image.
