The Riga Elastic Knit Crepe fabric is an elegant and sophisticated option for both womens and mens garments. Its composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane gives it an elastic texture and feel, allowing for a high degree of comfort and adaptability to the body. The printed design with a botanical style and floral motifs is a striking and harmonious feature that stands out for its main multicolor colors. This design can be combined with solid colors in shades of green, red, or yellow.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, achieving detail and definition in the floral motifs. The granular texture of the fabric provides an interesting visual effect that enhances the elegance of fabrics with botanical prints.
In terms of general characteristics, the Riga Elastic Knit Crepe fabric is elastic, allowing its use in garments with a body-hugging cut. Its weight of 180 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it a lightweight fabric with great drape. Among the applications and uses of this fabric are dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and to limit the washing temperature to 40ºC. It can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. It is important to note that this fabric can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology for this fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of printing the design through a thermal transfer process that permanently fixes the ink to the fabric. This allows the image to be reproduced faithfully to the original details, and the colors to be vivid and resistant to washing and rubbing.
