Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso

The Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a botanical style with natural elements of artistic flowers and petals in multicolor and added drops. This design can be easily combined with plain shades of coral, green, yellow, and navy blue.

The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side using textile digital printing. The water-repellent finish prevents the fabric from getting wet in case of rain, while its rough texture is palpable, allowing for a better grip. Additionally, it has an antibacterial finish that makes it perfect for frequently used garments.

Applications and uses for this fabric include womens and mens fashion, accessories, general decoration, tablecloths, cushions, and outdoor loungers, among others. Thanks to its composition and weight, it can also be used for making coin purses and toiletry bags.

To ensure a prolonged life for this fabric, bleaching should be avoided, and ironing should not be done at very high temperatures. Dry cleaning is recommended, provided that the use of trichloroethylene is avoided.

The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which allows the design to be printed directly onto the fabric fibers through high temperature and pressure. The result is an image with high-quality detail and vivid, long-lasting colors.
