The base fabric is the Tromso Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a botanical style with floral elements, including abstract flowers. The predominant color is multi-color. Additionally, it could be combined with solid tones that complement the colors present in the design.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to highlight the most relevant characteristics of both parts. Regarding the fabric, it has a waterproof and antibacterial finish, and its texture is rough to the touch. Regarding the printing, its dye-sublimation technology allows for a durable fixation of the design on the fabric, offering high image quality and a soft feel to the touch.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very diverse, such as fashion (trousers, backpacks, handbags), accessories (purses, toiletry bags), decoration (pictures, tablecloths, cushions, sun loungers), and home textiles (in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom). Thanks to its water-repellent finish, it is ideal for outdoor use, adding a floral and colorful touch to outdoor spaces such as sun loungers or cushions.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to use a maximum washing temperature of 60ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, and it can be ironed at a warm temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used in this case is dye sublimation, which is a technique that uses heat and pressure to transfer dyes durably and in detail into the polyester fiber. In this way, a crisp, bright, and wash-resistant result is obtained.
