The Elastic Knit Crepe Fabric - Riga features an elastic and granular texture to the touch. Its printed design stands out with wavy shapes that evoke the nature of seawater and its crystalline reflection. The main colors are various multicolored tones. This single-sided printed fabric, using the sublimation technique, has a weight of 180gr/m2 and a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane.
Elastic crepe adapts perfectly to the creation of any garment that requires movement and comfort, making it ideal for knitting or draped garments. This printed design is elegant and timeless, making it suitable at any time of the year. It could be combined with a wide range of plain colors, from softer ones like white or light pink, to more vibrant colors like fuchsia, turquoise, or yellow.
Among the characteristics of this fabric, its elasticity and soft touch stand out. The printed design adds a decorative element that makes it stand out and allows for the creation of unique garments. This fabric has diverse applications, from making dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, and tops, to making skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, certain care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, not using trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, ironing at cool temperatures, and avoiding exposure to high temperatures in the dryer. By following these recommendations, a long lifespan of the fabric and its printed design is guaranteed.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, where the design is printed directly onto the fabric through the application of heat and pressure, creating a durable and true-to-original image.
