The base fabric for the design is the Hydrophobic Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso, a 100% polyester technical fabric with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its hydrophobic finish makes it perfect for outdoor applications, and its antibacterial finish makes it ideal for healthcare applications. The printed design features a tropical style and floral nature with artistic flowers and petals in multicolored tones. Additionally, solid colors that could combine with the design are white, black, and shades of pink and green.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not reversible. The texture of the fabric is rough to the touch, and its waterproof finish makes it resistant to water. On the other hand, the design has a fresh and natural appearance thanks to its tropical style and artistic flowers.
The fabric is perfect for a wide variety of applications and uses, including fashion, decoration, and home textiles. For example, in fashion, this fabric can be used to create pants, backpacks, and handbags. In decoration, it can be used to make cushions, tablecloths, and paintings. In home textiles, it can be used to decorate any place in the house, being especially recommended for outdoor sun loungers due to its hydrophobic finish.
To properly care for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC. It is recommended not to tumble dry and to iron it at a warm temperature. The fabric can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which means that the colors are impregnated into the fabric with high precision and sharpness, preventing them from fading over time. This process involves applying heat and pressure to transfer the design pigments to the fabric.
