The Punto Roma Elastic - Lyon fabric is a soft and resistant knit fabric made of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. This fabric is ideal for making fashion garments for women and men such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, jerseys, as well as for household napkins. Its printed design is abstract and inspired by nature, with brushstrokes and paint in multicolored tones that reflect a sunset in the sky. This fabric can perfectly combine with other plain colors such as beige, black, white, and gray.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side by digital textile printing, resulting in a high-quality and durable print. Its soft texture and feel make it a pleasant fabric to the touch of the skin. In addition, thanks to its composition and weight, it offers great resistance and elasticity, which makes it a very versatile and easy-to-handle fabric.
The uses and applications of this fabric are varied, not only limited to fashion garments, but it can also be used for household napkins due to its durability and resistance. Due to its weight and elasticity, it is an ideal fabric for garments that need a good drape and adaptation to the body, such as dresses or pants.
For its care, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, avoid the use of bleach and do not tumble dry. If dry cleaning is performed, the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided. In addition, it is recommended to iron it at a cold temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, in which the design is printed on special paper using sublimation ink and then transferred to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, which allows for high image definition and vibrant colors. This makes it a widely used printing technique in the current textile industry.
