The base fabric for this material is Vienna organic cotton poplin. This fabric is made of 100% organic cotton and has a weight of 130 gr/m2. It has a width of 150 cm and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30oC and without using bleach. Additionally, it is soft to the touch and has a pleasant texture.
The printed design of this fabric features a multicolor background. The design itself is composed of stripes that seek to simulate a zebra print, though in a simplified and decorative manner. The combination of tones makes this fabric versatile and easy to combine with other solid colors; for example, it pairs very well with neutral tones like white or black, or with more vibrant tones like pink or yellow.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the fabric is not printed on both sides but only on one, which gives it a much finer and more careful finish.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric is ideal for making clothing items such as shirts, tops, dresses, or blouses, among others. Furthermore, thanks to its ecological composition, it is GOTS certified as an organic product. Likewise, this fabric is ideal for the production of accessories and scarves.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30oC and without using bleach. Additionally, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at low temperatures and tumble dried at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is direct reactive digital printing on natural fibers. This technology consists of applying inks to the material through a digital process that allows printing to be carried out more quickly, efficiently, and with higher quality. The result is a fabric with a perfect finish that guarantees the durability of the designs and their resistance to washing.
