Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

Punto Roma Elastic - Lyon fabric is a knit fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which gives it excellent elasticity and resistance. Its weight of 282 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it ideal for making fashion garments, for both women and men, such as tops, t-shirts, trousers, dresses or jumpers. It is also suitable for use in home textiles, specifically for making dining napkins. It has a soft texture and features a simple patterned design, combining zebra animal print with multicolored decorative stripes. This design can be combined with plain colors such as black, white or red, among others. The fabric is digitally printed with the patterned design on one side.

Regarding the fabrics characteristics, its softness to the touch stands out thanks to its polyester and elastane composition, which provides a good fit to the body and great comfort when worn. On the other hand, the printed design features a combination of contrasts between the animal print and the multicolored stripes, allowing for the creation of personalized and daring designs.

The applications and uses of the fabric are very varied, allowing for the creation of fashion garments for different seasons, especially for winter, as well as providing a touch of originality in the home, with the making of dining napkins.

It is important to consider the care of the fabric, as bleaching is not recommended, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene. Likewise, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and tumble drying is not possible.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring a design previously printed on paper to a fabric or surface by applying heat and pressure. This allows for high-quality and durable personalized designs, as the design is integrated into the fabric fiber, preventing it from peeling off or deteriorating with use or washing.
