The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a 420 gr/m2, 150 cm wide polyester fabric with a unique printed design. The print features elements of African culture, such as the zebra, and decorative details of home and tropical style. The main colors are night black, sepia brown, and chestnut brown. This fabric can be combined with other plain colors such as white, gray, and beige.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This technique allows the design to be precise and detailed and not lose quality over time. The fabric has a rigid texture to the touch, giving it an elegant and sophisticated look.
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a very versatile fabric, ideal for making fashion garments such as jackets, coats, skirts, dresses, blazers, shorts, and bow ties. It is also perfect for making accessories such as cushions and caps.
It is important to note some specific care instructions for this fabric: it should not be bleached, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a cool temperature, but it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology for this fabric is sublimation, which involves applying heat and pressure to the ink printed on the polyester fabric. This causes the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fibers of the fabric, guaranteeing a resistant and durable print.
