The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is a type of lycra with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its weight of 230 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it perfect for applications such as lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, and fashion. Additionally, this fabric has GRS certification and is sustainable as it is made from recycled materials.
Regarding its design, it features a romantic style with the shape of lips and a kiss as an additional detail. The main colors of the design are cotton white, garnet red, and pepper red, making it perfect for a garment with a sensual and daring touch. This fabric can be combined with plain colors such as black, white, red, and pink.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is printed on only one side of the fabric. Likewise, the fabric has a soft and elastic texture with a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, apart from those already mentioned, it can be used for making sports leggings for women, men, and children. It is also ideal for creating leotards and swimsuits with a touch of sensuality and romance.
For its care, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron it at a cool temperature. Furthermore, the garment does not allow dry cleaning and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the design on transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric through heat and pressure, resulting in a vibrant and durable design.
