The base fabric is organic cotton poplin called Verona, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is characterized by its soft texture and a stiff feel. The printed design on this fabric is simple in its complexity, with a decorative home decor style and a wool texture element, with a multicolor effect as the main tone. This combination of colors allows, according to textile professionals, to be accompanied by navy blue, red with a white base, and olive green to increase its glamour and sophistication. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
The organic cotton poplin fabric - Verona is composed of 100% GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certified organic cotton and is suitable for both mens and womens fashion, in garments such as shirts, blouses, and dresses; it also has a wide audience in the childrens sector, perfectly suited for summer seasons. In addition to its certification, this fabric is sustainable, giving greater importance to reactive direct digital printing.
To extend the lifespan of this fabric, specialized care must be taken, avoiding the use of substances that can bleach it, its maximum temperature is 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene, it is ironed at a cold temperature and is suitable for tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
This fabric is manufactured using reactive direct digital printing technology, which allows it to be printed with a resolution of up to 1200 DPI and provides great durability and low environmental impact. Printing is achieved thanks to the interaction of the ink with the natural cotton fibers, generating high quality in the color and definition of the print.
